Course Description

Mrs. Peterman teaches all the reading, writing, vocabulary, and grammar for both sections of 6th grade.  This is where students & parents can see daily assignments, links to content and any other general information about 6th grade ELA.

Special: PE and surprise visit from Rick Chyme!  
ELA: Completing one pagers, Reading Accomplishments Google Slide Presentation, Read aloud - Brown Girl Dreaming
Math - games
 
Turn in Permission Slips for Thursdays walk to Wedgewood Park and Tarry Hall.  We will be taking a bus back to school after skating.  Students can either bring a lunch or order a lunch.  School lunch that day is a sack lunch.  The kitchen staff said they would come a little early so that the 6th graders can grab their school lunch if that is what they decide to eat.  
 
Wednesday afternoon we will be turning in chromebooks & cleaning out lockers
 
Thursday 11:30 - 2:20 Picnic/Skating
 
Friday - Awards Assembly 9:30, final walk through the halls of East - 11:36 dismissal - Final Report Cards coming home

Permission slip coming home for a Picnic at Wedgewood and Roller Skating at Tarry Hall on Thursday June 9th 11:30 - 2:20.  Please sign and return ASAP.

Writing- Begin writing Camp Pinewood Position Evidence Essay or one of the other topic provided for those who did not attend camp.

Mrs. Peterman was out today.  She had to take care of her two sick children.  She will return Wednesday.
